Job Title: Facilities Management Leader (Building Engineer) Annual Salary: 5.8 million yen - 6.4 million yen Working Hours: Average 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, shift times vary by season) Holidays: 120 annual holidays, 10 days of annual paid leave (after 6 months of employment) Start Date: Negotiable Responsibilities: - Lead the maintenance team in managing hotels, condominiums, and employee dormitories. - Direct, supervise, and instruct maintenance staff in the following tasks: - General repairs and maintenance (repairs and maintenance of building interiors, exteriors, electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, boilers, hot spring facilities, etc.) - Site management (lawn mowing, garden management, snow removal, etc.) - Shift scheduling - Reporting and negotiation tasks with government agencies - Assist the board of directors in preparing operational budgets - Weekly business reports to the board of directors - On-site or remote command during emergencies - Conduct evacuation drills - Resolve other urgent matters Required Qualifications: - Regular driver's license - Experience in maintenance and construction work. Holders of certifications related to boilers, electricity, water supply, hot spring facilities, and hazardous material handling are welcomed. - Preference for certification as a building environmental sanitation engineer, chief supervisor, and English skills.
